Inside/Outside Sales Representative
Mind Charger Technologies is recruiting for an experienced, permanent Inside & Outside Sales position with long term growth opportunities! The hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. We have a close-knit, friendly and welcoming team environment. Your job description includes qualifying leads, creating and developing sales strategies, cold calling, relationship building, prospecting and cross selling products as the need is identified. You must be able to facilitate, follow up and resolve any questions received from potential clients. You should have a minimum 2-4 years inside sales experience (cold calling / outbound calling) with a minimum of 1 year experience in outside sales. You must have a post secondary education, or equivalent industry experience. Individuals with a “Tech” background with excellent verbal and written communication skills will be preferred.

THE POSITION

This position involves the marketing and sale of technology solutions to new and existing clients, using a total customer satisfaction focus along with effective skills to develop account strategies. As an Account Manager - Inside Sales, you will report to the VP/General Manager, and work closely with the CTO. You will be charged with maintaining client relationships from the point of initial contact through to the contract, implementation and customer care phases. You will build and cultivate business relationships through on site presentations, trade shows, telephone interaction, and various customer care initiatives. You will be involved in coordinating presentations of products with the Mindcharger team ensuring that the products and services presented are in line with the client's requirements.

Other key responsibilities will include ongoing evaluation of industry requirements to support corporate growth, new business development, market share, competition and competitive advantages, pricing functions and profitability factors.

Excellent technical as well as written and verbal skills are essential, as facilitating the communication between clients and Mindcharger (sales, marketing, customer care, operations, and development) is an important component of this position.

This position is the stepping stone into a role as an Outside Account Manager - a great opportunity to learn the industry and the business!


THE PERSON

You are a recent graduate with an emphasis in relationship management and are ready to launch you career with a fast paced, entrepreneurial industry leader. Having had experience in the Computer Science or Computer Engineering fields would be extremely valuable in this role.

You have exceptional interpersonal skills, are organized and detail oriented plus have strong customer and relationship management skills. Strong verbal and business writing skills are a necessity as is a positive 'can do' attitude. You are confident in dealing at all levels of a client organization and have good quality presentation skills. Strong leadership skills and the ability to think analytically and strategically are necessary to be successful in this role. You have a commitment to providing the best customer service possible and the ability to represent Mindcharger favourably with clients and work as a team with internal resources.
